the principles and elements of Structured Literacy
orthographic mapping and cognitive load theory
the screening and teaching of Phonological Awareness
following a cumulative scope and sequence to teach beginning and catch-up readers
aligning assessment with Structured Literacy
an introduction to The Code for the teaching of spelling
